At TSL we are committed to high quality standards in the execution and delivery of our projects. We ensure this by using our proprietary Quality Assurance System as a management tool to ensure that the required level of quality is planned, obtained and maintained for every project. The implementation of Company Quality Assurance Policy is through the application of TSL’s Quality Assurance procedures and associated detailed project procedures as well as internal instructions. Auditing of the effectiveness and completeness of the Quality Assurance System is through a rigorous management review process that ensures that we keep improving every single step of the project delivery process.
